Broader ecosystem incentives
Creates a second assistance fund model designed to support selected ecosystem tokens and expand value capture beyond HYPE-only flows.
The goal is to direct a portion of ecosystem support toward broader growth incentives while keeping Hyperliquid aligned with long-term network expansion.

Token Launch Auctions
Native launch infrastructure
Introduces permissionless token launch auctions on Hyperliquid for discovery, fundraising, and initial liquidity bootstrapping of new native assets.
This would give builders a more native launch path inside Hyperliquid and make new asset creation more legible to the broader ecosystem.
